We offer:
- Our luxurious chalets are spacious enough for a family of cats, with plenty of room to laze around and watch the birds by day, and cosy and warm at night with plush igloos and fleecy, sherpa blankets. Each chalet opens onto an exceptionally large, fully enclosed, secure private garden, complete with a tall cat tree, tunnels, igloos and toys for endless entertainment.
- Our cattery features cosy private rooms, each with it’s own beautiful garden enclosed with specially designed roll up canvas blinds. This ensures that our kitty guests enjoy fresh air and natural sunlight during the day, while the blinds are rolled down at night keeping them warm, snug and comfy. On chilly nights, temperature-controlled heaters are switched on for an extra layer of warmth.

All our enclosures are professionally maintained by Pet Safety Solutions, ensuring that our feline guests are safe 24/7. Each enclosure features a secure passage with two or three safety gates, providing the absolute maximum in safety and peace of mind

Our kitty hotel is purr-fect for short or long-term stays and purr-fect for cats preparing to emigrate – we liaise with the pet travel agencies and a visiting vet attends at our cattery, ensuring that every step of the journey is managed with the utmost care, comfort, and minimal stress for you and your cat.
Meet the Owners
Debbie and Lisa have been boarding cats for more than 15 years and are both well-known and respected in the cat community.
The cattery which started out as a hobby quickly grew into a success story as a result of their passion, hard work and dedication over the years.
With years of experience caring for cats of all breeds and personalities, they are dedicated to providing individual attention and care to each and every kitty guest, ensuring that they feel safe, loved and completely at home.
New cats referred by vets and word of mouth have turned into regulars and are now part of Debbie and Lisa’s “family away from family”.
Boarding Information
- All cats over the age of six months must be sterilized.
- Kindly inform us of your cat’s medical history when arranging a booking. This helps us provide the best possible care and attention during their stay.
- To ensure the health, well-being, and comfort of every cat in our care, we cannot accept a sickly or overly aggressive cat.
- Vaccinations should be up-to-date and we request that you Whatsapp copies of your cat’s vet book for our records. Young kittens and elderly cats need not be vaccinated.
- Please apply a tick and flea treatment on your cat prior to checking-in.
- Please supply your cat’s wet and dry food.
- All cats must be brought in a secure carrier when checking in.
- Viewing and visits to our cattery are by appointment only.
- Cattery hours: Please call or Whatsapp Debbie or Lisa to arrange convenient check-in and check-out times. We are fairly flexible as we reside on the property.
- Should a cat fall ill whilst in our care, we will make every effort to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, your cat will be taken to our trusted local veterinary hospital for care. All veterinary costs will be for the owner’s responsibility.
- Should a cat not be collected within seven days of the scheduled collection date and the owner fails to contact the cattery within this period, the cat shall become the property of the cattery. The cattery may then, at its discretion, either surrender the cat to the SPCA or rehome it.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure the utmost care and safety of your cat, Fourways Kitty Hotel cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, illness or death arising from unforeseeable circumstances or pre-existing conditions. Your cat’s well-being is our top priority, and we promise attentive and loving care throughout their stay.
The well-being, safety and happiness of our feline guests is of utmost importance to us.
You may rest assured and have complete peace of mind knowing that your feline family is safe and well cared for while you are away.
